I’d like to return and/or exchange my item
If you're having second thoughts on your purchase, all returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery. Please email our team with your order number and the products you’d like to return or exchange. We'll get back to you with what to do next.
In the interest of hygiene, cosmetic products, including EyeBrow Queen, Hair Care and Styling products cannot be returned unless they’re faulty.
GHD Electrical items can only be returned if they are unopened and in a resalable condition. If your product is faulty please contact us via email email@example.com. All GHD Electrical products come with a manufacturers guarantee, remember to register your products guarantee when you receive it.
How do I package my refund?
All we ask is that the items must be returned in their original condition. Pop them in to a suitable package and clearly label it with the reference number and address provided by our team via email.
We suggest using a tracked service to make sure your returned items get back to us safe and sound. The product(s) you are returning remain your responsibility until we receive them .
How long will it take for the return to be processed?
After we’ve confirmed that we’ve received the items the refund should be in your account within 5-10 working days. Please note, your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
