UK - ROYAL MAIL ECONOMY
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail. This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking code via email once your order has left our warehouse. Deliveries will be made within 3 working days of placing your order. If you’re not around to receive the parcel, a delivery card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection.
UK - ROYAL EXPRESS DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail. This is a tracked service and you will receive a tracking code via email once your order has left our warehouse. If ordered by 11:30am you should receive your order the next day. If you’re not around to receive the parcel, a delivery card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection.
You can choose to collect your order in person from our salon at 1A Thistle Street Aberdeen, AB10 1XZ. Once your order has been placed we will send you an email to let you know your order is ready for collection.
Order Processing Times
Please note that all orders placed after 5pm, Tuesday-Friday will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed Saturday-Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday.
It is important to note the following: we do not take any responsibility for lost mail when our courier has provided us with sufficient evidence of delivery in the form of a signature OR image from the driver obtained proving delivery. We use Royal Mail fully tracked service which allows us to record each drivers journey and any deliveries not made to the address as per stated on the order is photographed and made note of.
Please be aware that if you claim none delivery despite our courier recording your delivery as successful we will not automatically refund or replace the items. This includes the safe place option. The procedure of a claim can take a number of weeks to process due to the driver being interviewed and we will also need a legally binding document signed by yourself to confirm ‘Denial Of Receipt’ to proceed with the claim. Once our courier has accepted the claim and reimbursed the costs we have lost we will then discuss the replacement of your order.
We will send out your parcel to the delivery address provided with your order. You will receive a confirmation email with all your details. We will not be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing parcels until the items are returned to us.
If you are not in to accept your delivery, you do not collect your parcel from the Royal Mail sorting office and your parcel is subsequently returned to us, we will refund your order to your original method of payment minus any return shipping fees we incur.
